On Sunday Penny was digging around in her toy basket and found a plastic beach spoon. She held it up and declared, "make some breakfast." She then walked over to her play kitchen and stirred around in her pots with the spoon, and that's when I took this photo. She only did it for a minute and then she saw her stuffed cat laying on the ground. I thought she'd gotten distracted and moved on to something else, but no. She went and got the cat and brought him to the stove. I figured that she was about to put him in the pot, but she took the pot and held the cat up to the edge and made num-num sounds like he was eating. She cooked the cat breakfast! So cute.
