That's Penny's favorite Elmo skit on Sesame Street youtube. (On a separate, but related note - what is UP with Elmo's World on Sesame Street? Are they trying to damage kid's brains with insane amounts of overstimulation?)
Anyway. Penny can ride her tricycle now! I failed to report this in my earlier skillz entry. It certainly qualifies. She often starts off pedaling backwards, but soon gets going in the right direction. She's still not great about steering, but she's got the pedaling down.
