Just putting this out there in case anyone wants to take advantage but you haven't heard about it. The Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood was successful in negotiating refunds for anyone who purchased Baby Einstein videos believing the false-marketing that they are educational. The Baby Einstein company had to remove those claims from the packaging last year, but until now they weren't giving refunds to anyone who felt defrauded. Here's a fact sheet with more information on the refund program, or a link to their website if you are interested.
**updated** to say that I don't know anybody who would want to return these videos out of outrage at Baby Einstein marketing practices, but do know a couple who are stuck with these videos because their kids hated them. So now they can return these videos - that are just sitting around unused - for a full refund.
