The Going to Bed Book
Last anecdote of the evening: The last pages of The Going to Bed Book read, "The moon is high. The sea is deep. They rock, and rock, and rock to sleep." Occasionally I will rock the book back and forth when I read the last page, but I haven't done it that often. Over the weekend I was reading the book to Penny - well, actually reciting it to her because she had the book and was flipping pages. I wasn't sure if she was even listening to me, but when I got to that part she took the book and made it rock back and forth.

I love that book, but I can never figure out why the go up and exercise right before bed.
Oh my goodness! Tray and I have talked about that before too. They have a bath and get their pajamas on and then go exercise. What's up with that?
